La Red Latino Americana de Organismos de Cuenca (RELOC), en el contexto de la Red Internacional de Organismos de Cuencas (RIOC), es una organización que se basa en el trabajo voluntario de sus miembros y su principal objetivo es la promoción de la gestión global, integrada, coherente y sustentable de los ecosistemas y recursos hídricos por cuencas en América Latina y Caribe.

La RELOC tiene como objetivo general, promover la gestión integrada de los recursos y ecosistemas hídricos por cuenca, como un elemento esencial del desarrollo sustentable
